I have been playing Softball for more than a decade now, and through Softball I've also developed an interest in baseball. Softball is a great sport to be part of and I have had loads of fun over the years. My advice to anyone that is thinking of taking it up is to give it a go, you won't regret it.
All the Softball I have played has been slowpitch, and 99% of it has been co-ed. The co-ed game has a unique flavour, and again if you don't try it you won't know what you are missing.
